Guidelines for engaging Healthy Water Technology for testing, equipment, installation, and ongoing service.
By engaging Healthy Water Technology, LLC for water testing, treatment recommendations, equipment supply, installation, maintenance, or related services, the Client agrees to these foundational terms. Healthy Water Technology, LLC agrees to perform the work described in the applicable proposal, estimate, or statement of work using commercially reasonable skill and care. Deliverables may include equipment, parts, labor, documentation, and follow-up recommendations consistent with the agreed scope.
Water treatment projects depend on accurate site information, utility availability, plumbing conditions, and manufacturer lead times. While Healthy Water Technology, LLC will work to meet scheduled dates, delays caused by permitting, inspections, concealed conditions, weather, or supply chain factors may require revised timelines. The Client agrees to provide safe access to work areas and to disclose known hazards or limitations that could affect performance of the services.
The Client agrees to pay for services, equipment, and materials according to the schedule in the applicable contract or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits may be required before ordering custom or special-order equipment. Healthy Water Technology, LLC is not obligated to finance third-party products or extend credit beyond agreed terms. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of service as permitted by law and the parties' written agreement.
Upon full payment for custom documentation or drawings prepared specifically for the Client's project, the Client may receive copies for their records as specified in the agreement. Healthy Water Technology, LLC retains rights to its proprietary methods, internal procedures, and general know-how. Manufacturer manuals, software, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
